POWTECH 2022 will be co-located with FACHPACK

POWTECH, International Trade Fair for Mechanical Processing Technologies, Analytics and Handling of Powder and Bulk Solids, will be held parallel to FACHPACK at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg from September 27-29, 2022.

In 2022, the pandemic is again shaking up the international calendar of events for mechanical processing technology and analytics. After intensive consultations with the conceptual sponsors, the Exhibition Advisory Board and numerous registered exhibitors, NürnbergMesse as organizer has now decided to postpone POWTECH 2022, the leading international exhibition for powder, granule and bulk solids technologies, by four weeks. It will now be held parallel to FACHPACK, Trade Fair for Packaging, Technology and Processes, from September 27-29, 2022 at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg.

POWTECH represents the entire spectrum of mechanical processes at the highest technological level. Nowhere else will process engineers find such a comprehensive overview of innovations for mixing, crushing, screening, feeding, weighing and analyzing powders, granules and bulk solids – for almost all industries, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, plastics, stone/earth, ceramics, recycling etc..

Machinery Manufacturers are Currently Drawing on their High Order Backlogs

A recent survey by the VDMA shows that 44 percent of mechanical engineering companies in Baden-Württemberg are cautiously optimistic about the rest of the year. The reason for this is an improvement in the supply of materials, with the exception of electronic components. As a result, 68 percent of companies in Baden-Württemberg expect nominal sales growth for 2023.
